- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience running a Customer Voice program.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Voice of the Customer programs and translating customer feedback into product recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with execution partners (i.e., multifunctional team, product teams, executive communication teams).
- Experience leading ambiguous programs from inception to action.
- Experience connecting with and influencing with senior stakeholders.

gUP builds innovative solutions that take user experience and engagement with Google to the next level, supporting users across products, countries, cultures, incomes, and identities. We advocate for users through partnerships with product areas at Google (and some Alphabet businesses), supporting Google’s consumer products ecosystem and enabling numerous launches for Google’s consumer products each year.
gUP has anunderstanding of our users across the Google ecosystem and a wealth of customer voice perspectives. As an organization we strive to systematically use that information to generate actionable insights that drive product change.
The goal for the User Voice Enablement team is to standardize and scale this insights-creation process. As a program manager on this team you are responsible for driving components of a VP-level initiative on user voice and product journeys. You’ll work across the organization to understand what is working well today and where we can improve. Using your background in Customer Voice, you will help generate best practices and influence their adoption across the organization.
