Are you ready to join our team? As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have several exciting positions available right now, including a Human Resources Business Partner. The successful candidate can expect to: The HR Business Partner role will have a deep understanding of the business, how it works and where it is going. The HRBP will collaborate with the business areas to utilise their knowledge and expertise to provide proactive and progressive people initiatives in support of the business goals. They will partner with other functions of the HR operating model including our Centres of Excellence to provide leadership and support in the execution of HR related projects such as workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, employee relations and talent development. To be successful in his role the HRBP must develop meaningful relationships with key people in the business, and other HR teams in the organisation. Skills in relationship building and influencing are essential. The HRBP will need to be able to use data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change across the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop workforce strategies that ensure future business success by translating the needs of the business into an actionable people strategy.
- Drive the talent management process to identify, develop and build the talent pipeline.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders.
- Question and challenge others to get to the root of people and business issues.
- Provide insight and guidance to leaders on organisational design, workforce trends and change management best practices.
- Develop high-impact diversity and inclusion practices that support business priorities.
- Developing and implementing a diverse range of initiatives to enhance Employee Engagement and overall employee experience.
- Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.
- Work with other UK & international facilities to implement the Global people strategy.
- Previous years’ working experience in a comparable HR Business partner role.
- A creative mind-set with the ability to challenge the norm to generate new ideas.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Hold a minimum of third level qualification in a relevant discipline e.g. HNC, HND or Degree or equivalent business experience.
- Hold a minimum CIPD Level 7 Qualification
- Experience in training and leadership development facilitation.
- Experience of working within any of the following environments: Manufacturing, Aerospace, Engineering, Distribution, Energy, Utilities and Construction.
