Position Summary Our Sales Engineer Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire L&W technology portfolio. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and C-Suite decision makers within their territory and become naturals at helping their customer partners in realizing value and efficiency from their L&W investments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintain and Grow Install Base- Develop and implement account plans to achieve long-term objectives.
- Identify, manage, and close opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Ensure clients are aware of new products, features, and upgrades.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, market research, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' business challenges and objectives.
- Present and demonstrate our solutions to key decision-makers, highlighting the unique features and value offered by LnW.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to each client.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation and customer success teams.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure terms align with both client and company objectives.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to clients including but not limited to C-Suite, Marketing, IT and Gaming.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
- Optimal customer engagement will require approximately 50% travel.
- 3-5 years technical sales experience in software and/or systems with a track record of exceeding targets
- Understanding of casino operations and gaming technology is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
- Skilled in demonstrating value in LnW’s systems product portfolio.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Top-notch verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, managers, etc.
