GoTo is actively searching for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing fully-integrated campaigns to drive marketing-generated revenue for our mobile device management solution, Miradore. You will play a central role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life from strategy to execution to optimization. Your Day to Day As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to understand our target personas, our product features, and our product roadmap, using this information to identify untapped opportunities for Marketing to support Miradore’s revenue targets
- Develop a marketing plan for Miradore (across new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion) and partner with Marketing Leadership to prioritize campaigns throughout the year based on their estimated impact
- Define new campaign strategies, including the goal, audience, message, content, channel mix, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign
- Write campaign briefs that inspire the cross-functional team (e.g., Brand & Creative, Marketing Automation, Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, Web, Agency Partners, etc.) to deliver compelling creative concepts, assemble innovative tactical plans, craft effective content assets, and meet campaign objectives
- Provide constructive feedback on campaign creative, ensuring new deliverables speak to the target audience and adhere to channel best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation on the buyer journey, ensuring that marketing tactics are performing at/above benchmark at each funnel stage (i.e., Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Purchase)
- Partner with international teammates to obtain input on new campaigns and adapt your approach to execute campaigns at a global scale
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to establish performance metrics and measurement cadences for each campaign, recommending campaign optimizations and strategic shifts as appropriate
- 5-7+ years general marketing experience (B2B experience preferred) with 4+ years in Campaigns, Demand Generation, or Integrated Marketing
- Experience with owning and delivering a marketing-generated revenue target
- Experience with promoting Freemium products sold via eCommerce
- Experience with using marketing to build demand in Europe (in addition to North America)
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, especially audience definition, messaging and content development, journey mapping, budgeting, forecasting, and measurement
- Understanding of Salesforce, Tableau, Hubspot, and Marketo
