The Purchasing Analyst works to ensure that all orders are acquired, processed and licenses are delivered on time. In addition, this professional develops the relationship between SoftwareONE and our preferred suppliers to ensure that we are always working with the best conditions and providing a good service to our customers.

How will your day to day be?

  • Contact with Global Service Delivery Centers (GSDC).
  • Contact current suppliers to remove blockers from order processing.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing vendors.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to improve SLAs on opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day backoffice requests.
  • Develop a strong understanding of key acquisition activities through ongoing training with software publishers.
  • Act as a key resource to lead procurement activities in the best possible way.
  • Achieve quality benchmarks, including minimum number of credit memos and rework.
  • Promote proactive process improvements and project ideas.
  • Manage the daily activities of the GSDC (Mexico and India operational team)
  • Constant phone and email contact with the GSDC
  • Close relationship with the other areas of SoftwareONE: Financial, Commercial, Treasury, Backoffice.
  • Manage the flow of all open multi-vendor POs and SCOs in the system.
  • Follow the order billing flow
  • Track license by purchasing a license delivery flow
  • Create reports to ensure all documents are received and posted as expected.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure they adhere to SoftwareONE's SLAs and agreed terms.
  • Create materials for knowledge advisory and support activities.
  • Maintain the quality of materials shared with the internal team (smartsheet dashboards, manuals, tutorials, etc.).
  • Process any exception requests that are outside the scope of the GSDC


What do we expect from you?

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in any of the following
  • professional sales

  • Shopping experience.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • General understanding of technology solutions.

  • Knowledge of operational policies and procedures; acquisition techniques; and developing and maintaining long-term operational expertise.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop recommendations for improvement; research and solve complex and multifaceted problems; work independently and show initiative; maintain a positive attitude; handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines; adapt and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment; lead and guide by example; maintain and promote good relationships with suppliers, maintain the confidentiality of confidential information.

  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos consultivos excepcionais com os fornecedores existentes.
  • Trabalhar em colaboração com nossa equipe de vendas para melhorar os SLAs nas oportunidades.
  • Gerenciar as solicitações de backoffice do dia a dia.
  • Desenvolver um forte conhecimento das principais atividades de aquisição por meio de treinamento contínuo com editores de software.
  • Atuar como recurso chave para liderar as atividades de compras da melhor maneira possível.
  • Atingir benchmarks de qualidade, incluindo número mínimo de memorandos de crédito e retrabalho.
  • Promover melhorias proativas de processos e ideias de projetos.
  • Gerenciar as atividades diárias do GSDC (equipe operacional do México e Índia)
  • Contato constante por telefone e e-mail com o GSDC
  • Estreito relacionamento com as demais áreas da SoftwareONE: Financeira, Comercial, Tesouraria, Backoffice.
  • Gerenciar o fluxo de todos os POs e SCOs de vários fornecedores abertos no sistema.
  • Acompanhar o fluxo de cobrança do pedido
  • Rastrear licença comprando um fluxo de entrega de licença
  • Criar relatórios para garantir que todos os documentos sejam recebidos e postados conforme o esperado.
  • Acompanhar os fornecedores para garantir que eles respeitem os SLAs e os termos acordados da SoftwareONE.
  • Criar materiais para atividades de suporte e consultoria de conhecimento.
  • Manter a qualidade dos materiais compartilhados com a equipe interna (dashboards do smartsheet, Manuais, tutoriais, etc.).
  • Processar qualquer pedido de exceção que esteja fora do escopo do GSDC
