How will you make an impact in this role?

• Assist team leaders and Senior Managers/Managers in the execution of assigned audit tasks in line with IAG methodology, budgets and deadlines for all phases of the audit including planning, fieldwork, reporting and wrap-up; 
• As a self-starter, leverage passion for continuous innovation to drive organizational improvements and impacts;
• Work with unstructured tasks / risk and provide a structured output; 
• Interview client personnel of all levels to document, understand, and assess relevant conduct risks and controls; 
• Assist audit management of routine client status meetings, audit requests, and other administrative tasks;
• Assist in documentation and evaluation of audit observations and findings and subsequent validation of actions taken by management to address such findings; 
• Work on simultaneous integrated audit projects for different audit leaders;
• Develop and document ideas for analytical control testing to expand the breadth and depth of audit coverage;
• Develop familiarity with conduct risk across all lines of businesses, globally;
• Utilize department and company tools in a proficient manner; and 
• Maintain internal audit competency through ongoing professional development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Art/Science or equivalent degree;
• 2-6 years demonstrated experience and competency in the field of auditing and the assessment of risks and controls;
• Advanced English (B2+), including speaking, writing, reading, and listening (e.g. Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) 800+);
• Demonstrated integrity, innovation, teamwork, and excellence;
• Ability to break-down a complex problem into components, solve them by potentially using data analysis, process knowledge and risk/control knowledge, and communicate data analysis, issues and control recommendations with transparency and integrity;
• Excellent storytelling and visualization skills;
• Demonstrated ability to apply a reflexive mindset;

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant audit and compliance professional certifications (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) etc.) Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) etc;
• Demonstrated understanding and/or practical experience in assessment of sales practices, sales incentives, internal fraud/employee misconduct, or related concepts;
• Advanced degree in Accounting, Auditing, or another related field;
• Interest in working with data, interpreting results, analytic best practices and experience with data analytics tools and data visualization;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Access, SQL, Power BI, Python, SAS, Hive and/or Spark.
