Job Details
- You will be responsible for hosting a variety of different IT services, including deployment, maintenance, and management, that we provide to our customers.
- In addition to hosting activities for third-party products such as SNOW, Flexera, or CommVault, you will primarily focus on automation activities in customer environments while also handling a variety of different use cases within SoftwareOne. These hosted IT services are an integral part of our global managed services and are provided to our delivery units and groups.
- You work with complex technologies and architectures
- Each team member has a broad range of knowledge within the technologies used
- Although each team member must be involved in all technologies used, each of them has a specific area of focus and acts as a subject matter expert and advisor and supporter to their teammates.
- You are responsible for security, firewall, and network areas.
