Internship Summary:

The Americas Marketing summer intern program is a selective, high-potential program in which participants have an opportunity to help drive profitability by supporting one of the functions within North American Marketing.

The Segment Marketing team seeks to deliver memorable experiences and useful marketing resources to a diverse group of Wealth Management Intermediaries (WMI) clients, where and when they need them. This candidate will focus primarily on the execution of segment marketing plan-driven activities (e.g., campaign management, event support, email and digital communications, creation of sales enablement tools, etc.) and support the team on various initiatives.  This position provides visibility with key stakeholders across the firm and presents a great opportunity to learn about marketing practices  across the asset and wealth management industries, and to grow within a fast-paced environment.  The candidate will work closely with Sales and Investments to deliver marketing support in alignment to sales goals including net revenue growth, retention efforts and enhanced client loyalty.

Requirements:

Current undergraduate who will be between sophomore and junior years in summer 2022. Fields of study including Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or related fields are preferred.

As a full-time employee, compliance with the workplace policy means working with your direct manager to create a schedule where you will work in your designated office at least three days a week, with two days working outside an Invesco office.
