Job Details

The main responsibility:

  • As part of the Business DomainSales & Marketing you will play a key role in the Digital Transformation of the Core Businesses of SoftwareOne.  
  • Your focus will be on supporting our globally used Sales & Marketing applications, which include our ERP and CRM systems.
  • As part of your role, you might also provide trainings to our end-users so that they’ll be able to use our tools in the best possible and most efficient ways. 

The key responsibility:

 

Go-To-Person for internal users and a broad mix of internal stakeholders, whenever they need help in using Sales and Marketing applications (incl. CRM and ERP tools) or having new requirements for system enhancements. 

 

Let`s be more detailed:

  • Understanding the client’s product- or service-related requirements and priorities 
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new features or services within our Sales & Marketing applications 
  • Coordinating the transition of new features or services across teams and business domains on a global level 
  • Informing and keeping users and organisations in various countries up to date on Release planning, using multiple communication channels 
  • Maintaining and monitoring transition of new services, features and releases 
  • Communicating with stakeholders to determine if the new functionalities meet their requirements and gather feedback 
  • Breaking down feedback into ideas to help technical teams, Product Owners and Product Managers to understand the feedback given 
  • Managing deployments, releases, workarounds and bug fixes together with the development team 
  • Providing hyper care or first level support directly after transition 
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer within the dev team  
  • Supporting transformation and change management activities 

 

The key relationships:

  • Every-day collaboration with your peers from all around the world (Europe, North America, South America, Asia) 
  • Frequent opportunities to exchange with other Rollout, Transition & Support Consultants across all Business Domains, as well as Testers, Product Owners, Consultants, Developers and UAT personnel within the Business Domain Sales & Marketing
  • Frequent interactions with SoftwareOne internal end-users
  • Close collaboration with various business stakeholders across SoftwareOne`s Sales & Marketing organisation

He started his career in the Sales domain and went through a personal and professional development, untill he became one of the Leaders within SoftwareOne`s Business IT. Fabian is an expert in Project Management, Consulting and Customer Support. As leader he`s a fair, empathetic and always at eye level.
