Your Day to Day  As a Software Test Engineer (SDET), your main responsibilities would revolve around test planning, test automation, test execution, analysis, collaboration, and continuous improvement at GoTo.   

• Participate actively in team life, like sync, planning, retro and product feature demos 
• Increase the bandwidth of team’s delivery speed 
• Being able to modernize and maintain test automation frameworks and test suits across various cross-functional teams 
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that the solutions are modern, efficient, and secure 
• Get familiar with and understand deeply  our existing system and features  

What We’re Looking For  As a Software Test Engineer (SDET), your background will look like    

• 2-5 years of relevant, professional software testing experience 
• Solid experience in one or more programming languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS 
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies/practices and test automation concepts. 

• Basic experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts using industry-standard tools and libraries such as Selenium or similar 
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or similar
