What we can offer you! - Your Role:
As Regional Commercial Lead (RCL) you are responsible for driving consistent profitable growth by achieving sales objectives within designated accounts. You are responsible for driving strategic, profitable long-term growth and managing all sales and product development activities for all customers in the assigned regions. The Regional Commercial Lead leads the execution of global commercial strategies and initiatives, ensuring the sales team as a whole delivers on regional sales and financial goals. The RCL will partner with accounts in providing creative, sustainable solutions to elevate brands through Avery Dennison RBIS' innovative tag, label, and information management product offerings.
In this position, you are responsible for growing the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives with regional and strategic accounts. The territory for this role is the sales region of Germany & Benelux . This role requires a deep understanding of local market information to be shared with the Commercial Director and regional team to drive growth in the region.
Activities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Create short- and long-term commercial strategies to deliver revenue and profitability targets
Manage key growth initiatives
Develop organizational development plans for the region
Lead the regional team to prioritize initiatives and activities to deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Share local market information with the Commercial Director and regional team to drive growth in the region
Ensure our cost-to-serve model is generating acceptable levels of profitability, and be responsible for cost-to-serve decisions such as sample spend, resource allocation, and creative spend
Collaborate with peers to drive best practices across regions
Responsible for people management and development for sales and/ or customer product developers (CPDs) in the region; Manage people decisions including hiring, promoting, etc.
Work through item development process (prioritization of resources and troubleshooting) with CPDs, global program deployment, and variable data specialists
Build account growth plans specific to new solutions with Innovation & PLM teams
Gain support from Operations & Supply Chain teams when a major program is secured and/or when service disruption/quality is getting back to RBO

Requirements
What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:
You have successful sales or related experience plus industry and product experience
You have significant apparel industry and large retailer experience
You have demonstrated successful experience in a sales position that involved negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management positions or similar experience
You are skilled in developing sales penetration and growth strategies for targeted accounts
You have excellent financial skills and business acumen
You show a high ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
You are skilled in conducting market analysis and planning
You are skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues
