AMER Channel Theater Sales Operations Analyst

Location:  USA (East Coast preferred)

Reports to:  Channel Theater Sales Operations Director, AMER & EMEA

 

Job Role:

 

The AMER Channel Theater Sales Operations Analyst will be a key member of the AMER Channel Theater Operations team. As operational business partner to the Americas Channel Sales, the team’s key role is to support the Juniper Partner Advantage (JPA) program in region & always seeking to improve our partner organisations’ ease of doing business with Juniper through process and systems enhancements. Likewise, to provide strong communications for internal Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and minimise their administrative tasks.  The role will be supervised by the AMER Channel Theater Sales Operations Manager supporting on key activities & projects, as well as project managing the Channel’s global partner lifecycle process & associated system enhancements. As the first line escalation contact for the AMER Channel Support Center (CSC) team in Bengaluru, India, this role will work closely with both internal teams and Juniper’s 3rd party partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Juniper Partner Advantage (JPA) program and annual compliance review for the USA / Canada / CALA region by providing day-to-day support to PAMs / partners, in conjunction with the AMER Channel Theater Sales Operations Manager & AMER CSC Support team
  • Support DVAR renewals / new requests ensuring all approval and compliance steps are followed & with appropriate audit trail.  To review / enhance the DVAR process and associated documentation
  • Support mergers & acquisition changes & review / enhance the M&A process and associated documentation
  • Project manage the Channel Partner Lifecycle system enhancements / process improvements coordinating with the Theater Ops teams globally and WW Channel Operations
  • Federal accounts support for AMER Channel Theater Sales Operations Manager & working with the Federal channel team
  • Alliance accounts support including white glove onboarding for new entities as requested supporting AMER Channel Theater Sales Operations Manager & working with the alliance channel teams
  • Working closely with the AMER Channel Support Center team (Bengaluru) as a first line escalation point for the region (eg. contact escalations, deal reg issues, ERate etc.)

 

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Educated to degree level in a business or similar subject (preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant Sales Operations experience supporting the Channel 
  • Good working knowledge of sales processes and tools, including Salesforce.com (or similar CRM / PRM system)
  • Good knowledge of Americas Channel landscape, including Federal (preferred)
  • Adaptable self-starter, with developed organizational skills, who takes initiative & wants to learn
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, including whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Hands on attitude, with willingness to get involved to deliver both personal & the team’s goals
  • Project management skills & desire to learn & develop projects 
  • Experience of working across geographic and functional boundaries 
  • High level of competence in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Minimum Salary: $72,000.00

Maximum Salary:$110,400.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $72,000.00 and $110,400.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
