Users tell us they love our product, and we need a talented, energetic Teacher Success Champion to bring our vision for a better way of learning to more teachers, administrators, and their organizations.
It’s a remote role, and you'll be based in Singapore. Ideally proficient in English and Cantonese.

A Day in the Life of a Teacher Success Champion at Kami:
- Interact with educators and administrators via phone and online
- Excite and inspire relevant use of the product
- Research prospects, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, grow usage, and develop community relationships
- Qualify prospects and facilitate an introduction to their regional Account Executive
- Manage prospect inquiries and overcome objections or enlighten possibility by showcasing Kami’s relevant solutions to contextual problems or challenges
- Become a trusted resource/advisor for educators and administrators
- Provide feedback to leadership to ensure constant process improvement
- Travel, locally and internationally, as required, to support and excite our community at events and conferences.
- Consistently achieve agreed goals

- Fun - No matter the audience or topic, team members lead with fun, engaging activities that set a positive tone for the session
- Genuine - when sharing skills, share authentic, relevant how-tos that meet the audience's needs.

- Inspiring - be fun, genuine, and passionate so that others are inspired to go forth and apply new skills.
You have...
- Minimum two years experience in education technology as a trainer, technology coach, or educator. Hands-on experience as a Kami user is ideal
- Experience working in a high-energy environment
- A passion for educating, helping, and inspiring people
- A consultative approach and ability to influence and direct a conversation
- The skills to clearly articulate product values and benefits
- A knack for asking great questions to uncover problems with a prospect’s current environment
- The drive to be a self-starter
- A track record of success and being a valued team player
- Knowledge of the Singapore education system
- Ability to learn and use our existing systems which include Google Suite, Pipedrive, Slack, and more
