We are looking for a talented Regional HSE Manager - Central and Northern Europe to join our team for CUMMINS Dordrecht.

Implement and sustain a positive health, safety and environmental culture through the application of the management systems framework in moderately complex sites. This includes establishing the short term and long-term strategic plan for the site to foster continual health, safety and environmental Improvement, leading programs, policies and assessments and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with Cummins internal requirements, applicable health, safety and environmental regulations and industry standards.

Your tasks

·       Regional HSE Responsibility for sites and service operations in the Central and Northern Europe Region.

·       Day to Day operational HSE Support for the Benelux locations, operating as the Direct Manager for Country HSE Managers. 

·       Delivery of standardized HSE Power Gen project implementation across the Central and Northern Europe (CNE) Region.

·       Systematically deploy in region resources or external consultants to support the needs of the CNE region – Powergen Project and aftermarket.

·       Conduct in country HSE pre-qualification and support selection and competence assessment of Electrical contractors in the region. 

·       Conducts Field visits in the region for Power Gen Projects and service locations, Travel up to 25%-40% of the time in the CNE region.

·       Maintenance and management of Compliance Obligations of the region.

·       Works with Project Managers to determine in country HSE needs for Power Gen Projects and external HSE consultants.

·       Lead incident investigations in the CNE region.

·       Support maintenance of the DBU Europe HSEMS - document reviews, procedure creations, audits etc. 

Your profile

·       Experience with HSEMS ISO14001 / ISO45001.

·       Experience in people coaching and direct supervisor experience, managing multiple sites.

·       Strong and effective communication skills in Dutch and English; German is a big plus.

·       In possession of the prevention advisor certificate.

·       Champions positive health and safety behaviors by influencing leaders and employees to create the right environment.
