The role:

• Support the SWO Business development team to help formulate a strategy to help the adoption of AWS within the focus industry verticals. 
• Guide customers to ensure success in building and migrating applications, software and services following the principles of the AWS Well-Architected Framework. 
• Help educate enterprise customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud. 
• Build and run required demos for customers to accelerate sales.
• Help provide one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using AWS.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the AWS solutions architecture community & improve SoftwareONE software architecture practice.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates. 
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support. 
• Customer business process analysis and understanding
• Business writing and preparing presentations for customer deliverables.
