As part of a regional Professional Development team, this role will supplement the region's ability to meet customer requests for implementing and sustaining the successful adoption of our digital solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.Position Type : This is a regular , part-time/per diem position that works primarily seasonally .Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $150.00 ( half-day rate - virtual session) and $550.00 ( full-day rate - onsite) . Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.Location : In this US-based position your location will be remote .Travel : You can also expect up to approximately 10-30 % travel, so be sure you have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.Benefits: I magine Learning provides a comprehensive benefits program to eligible employees, including:

Envision Your Experience .In this role you'll have the opportunity to:On a per diem basis, deliver fee-based , engaging, small and large group presentations. Coach teachers and instructional personnel on: how to integrate digital solutions into their curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices, developing and modifying student individualized learning paths, designing classroom assessments , and running assessment reports.Share Your Expertise .Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

• A bachelor's degree (graduate degree strongly preferred) and extensive experience with blended and/or online learning (5 or more years preferred).
• Experience delivering successful professional development, training, and/ or consulting services in an educational environment.
• Teaching and/ or curriculum and instruction experience interacting with and influencing key decision-makers.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Ability to lead consulting projects proactively, delivering services on time and within budget.
• Highly motivated with demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, presentation , and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed , and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and overnight travel is expected.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, online video chat and database software.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite and understanding of cloud-based Web Technology (preferred).
• Ability to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card or provide proof of application within 7 days (upon hire).
