Job Details

Account Manager provides ongoing sales support to existing customers, handles the customer relationship and customer happiness. This role implements and drives the account strategy. The AM develops & identifies new sales leads. 

 

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Take ownership on the customer experience  
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions  
  • Drive proactive new Sales, Renewals, and overall Opportunity Management  
  • Providing customer services remotely  
  • Handle day-to-day customer and partner requests  
  • Track and forecast of defined account metrics / KPIs and financials.
