We create an environment where our employees are proud to work and can make a positive impact About the team ServiceNow’s Office of the CISO team leverages its diverse security & professional expertise to help enhance ServiceNow’s security and communicate ServiceNow’s security features to the world. The team works closely with all other ServiceNow security departments and the sales, legal, IT, and product teams on security-related topics. Most importantly, the Office of the CISO team works with prospects, customers, and partners to address questions related to the security of ServiceNow’s cloud-based service. This team values integrity, quality, expertise, precision, communication, and efficiency and is looking for an Inbound Product Manager who is familiar with security and has excellent communication skills. You will be a member of our Global Security Services team within the Office of the CISO, based in the United States. As a valued member of our esteemed team, you will assume the pivotal role of a Senior Inbound Product Manager. Your mission encompasses ensuring we have the industry-leading products internally to provide the best support for the Sales Team, our customers, and our partners. As a Senior Inbound Product Manager within the Office of the CISO, you will be solely responsible for several in-house products we rely heavily on daily to perform our best work. Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams, you will be vital in ensuring our in-house products allow us to resolve security-related questions from the Sales Teams quickly, address security concerns from our customers, process customer-requested penetration tests, track customer-requested ServiceNow’s product enhancements, and ensure access to critical question and answer pairs and other security-related collateral. Qualifications What you get to do:
- Create product strategy and business requirements for new features of our in-house products
- Create and maintain multi-year roadmaps for multiple in-house products
- Responsible for product vision and continuous improvement of features of our in-house products
- Lead and obtain strategic buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate critical messages and engage with many diverse functional stakeholders through the product lifecycle
- Actively seek customer and stakeholder input and data as a source of product innovation
- Act as the SME during the initial roll-out and provide support when needed
- Responsible for continuous improvement of product
- Build relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and developers
- Prioritize product features and requirements backlogs compromising business needs and technical readiness. Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make design trade-offs.
- Work closely with a project manager and development team for delivery.
- 5+ years of software product management experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience is desired
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Drive solution development through big-picture solution development
