- Supports the Medical Education and Marketing teams by executing educational events.
- Responsible for compliance requirements and necessary paperwork is submitted, tracked, and completed. (i.e. consultant service request forms, facility agreements)
- Establish and support an efficient process working with various stakeholders for facility agreements, surgeon contracts, and education events through appropriate documentation and tracking in CAPS
- Work with marketing and medical education leaders to track and monitor contract process from beginning to execution.
- Coordinate scheduling, servicing, packing, shipment, and receipt of equipment.
- Order disposable products for shows, labs, and educational events, maintain inventory and forecasting.
- Assemble budget worksheets, maintain log of expenses and final budget analysis
- Identity opportunities to decrease costs by evaluating current program, processes, and associated costs.
- Understands who are the key KOLs and how to communicate program logistics and maintain smooth communication through processes between internal and external parties
- Organize and document utilization, work plans, and assist in KOL management
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of work experience required
- 2+ years medical device or event planning or compliance/professional affairs experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
