Job Summary As a Targeting & Segmentation Analyst, you will be an integral member of the team working to acquire, convert, and retain SoftwareOne’s customers and prospects. Targeting & Segmentation Analyst, North America Sales Analytics, is a member of the Revenue Intelligence team and reports to the Director, Revenue Intelligence. Roles and Responsibilities What you’ll do (including, but not limited to):
- Develop target lists for campaign activation based on collected requirements from sales and marketing.
- Act as a single point of contact for cross-functional teams to request target lists. Manage and maintain the target lists to ensure accurate selection, targeting, and segmentation. Establish yourself as North America’s go-to resource for ICP.
- Analyze target list performance and offer recommendations for improvement. Assist with building A/B test strategies and tactics to maximize lift and exposure.
- Build and manage the customer-to-sales relationship mapping and corresponding quota targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to co-share propensity target lists.
- Partner with Analysts and Data Scientists to improve propensity, clustering, and predictive analytics, as well as support model validation and back-testing.
- Work closely with external vendors to manage data enrichment and append activities. Explore and validate external data sources for additional intelligence and insight.
- Monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement.
