We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Website Strategist to align with our product marketing and campaign teams, understand the overarching goals of marketing campaigns and devise and execute web strategies that align with these objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing complex website projects, particularly with experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including its publishing functionalities. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire website campaign lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.   Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage website projects and campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize expertise in Adobe Experience Manager to oversee content management, publishing processes, and ensure optimal use of AEM capabilities.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team, effectively communicating project status, milestones, and potential risks.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as page views, conversion rates, and user behavior metrics.
• Translate data into actionable insights for campaign and product strategy adjustments.
• Provide recommendations for content, design, and user experience based on analytical findings.
• Develop comprehensive web campaign strategies that integrate with overall marketing and product plans.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure seamless execution of web campaigns.
• Plan and execute CRO strategies to improve the performance of webpages and increase user conversions.
• Design and implement A/B testing and other experiments to optimize the effectiveness of web pages.
• Analyze test results, report on outcomes, and make recommendations for further improvements.
• Evaluate the user journey to identify friction points and optimize for a seamless experience.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement changes that enhance website usability and accessibility.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and handle any arising issues swiftly.
• Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring the final deliverables meet the set standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in website project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivered projects.
• Strong experience in using Adobe Experience Manager, including content publishing and digital asset management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and the digital landscape.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Prior experience in a senior or leadership role within a web development team.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management software.
