As a Product Safety Customer Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our products for our valued customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to communicate product safety features, answer technical questions, and provide process safety information to clients. Your expertise in risk-based process safety, hazard analysis, and functional safety will be essential in driving our commitment to safety excellence. Your tasks: ·       Support CSE/COE projects and deliveries. ·       Communicate product safety features in detailed engineering terms to clients. ·       Answer detailed technical functional safety questions from clients. ·       Generate and provide process safety information to clients. ·       Lead or participate in PHA (HAZOP/LOPA) and interface HAZOP with clients. ·       Ensure recommendations for customer HAZOP are communicated and closed with platform teams. ·       Ensure product safety processes are used in the integration and customization of products. ·       Generate reports and customize manuals as necessary to support unique applications. ·       Lead incident reviews and product safety hazard analysis when warranted. Your profile:  ·       Degree in a relevant engineering field. ·       Certification of Competency in IEC 61511 Functional Safety (required) ·       Prior experience in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients at all levels. ·       Knowledge of risk-based process safety, process hazard analysis (HAZOP/LOPA), functional safety, machine safety, and ATEX/explosion prevention/protection ·       Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ·       Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings and job site visits. ·       Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
