You’ll become part of a collaborative and inclusive workplace as you build on your technical and interpersonal skills, hear from senior leadership through our Global Speaker Series, be responsible for your own live project, and learn first-hand how we deliver for our customers.    American Express, global leader in payment services, is looking for a university or master student in Digital Marketing, Communication or in related field of study, for an internship in our Digital Marketing team in PAYBACK, the leading multi-loyalty program and multichannel marketing platform, belonging to the American Express Group.    What you will need to succeed 
  • Master's degree in communication or marketing 
  • Fluent in Italian, English, both written and oral; 
  • Good knowledge of Office tools (in particular Excel and PPT);  
  • Good knowledge of photoshop and video editing; 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude; 
  • Attention to details and strong analytical skills; 
  • Curious and thinking outside the box 
  He/she will be involved in the following activities:    
  • Doing Marketing Research on Digital External Landscape in relation to App initiatives, Marketing Retail projects, External Media Advertising News, etc…)  
  • Working on short videos and “wow” presentations for internal and external events/meetings 
  • Preparing Website/App texts and images, ensuring that every content is up to date 
  • Designing and executing Partner presence on PAYBACK channels (Website, App, Newsletter etc) and PAYBACK presence on Partners’ site, optimizing UX  
  • Checking data and comparison on Data.ai tool 
  • Preparing Adobe tracking and monitoring results 
  • Website and app images declination 
  • Website and app creativity creation and or upgrade
