- Develop proficiency in the Salesforce, CPQ, and ServiceMax platforms.
- Serve as the backup resource to the system Admins.
- Assist in identifying, validating, and coordinating problem resolutions with appropriate department(s).
- Develop an understanding of processes and operational procedures within the commercial business to assist in decision making.
- Assist with the testing and delivery of solutions for release cycles and/or new projects.
- Develop proficiency in technical solutions and provides administrative support when needed.
- Ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved in defining requirements, testing, and creating the proper procedures.
- Assist with regression testing and stay connected to divisional and global CRM launches on our shared platform.
- Coordinate with IT counterparts on system enhancements and reported incidents – accountable for timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance activities within prescribed area.
- Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study.
- 2+ years of relevant experience required.
- 1+ year Salesforce, CPQ, and/or ServiceMax experience strongly preferred.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills required.
- Proficiency in PC skills working with large datasets required.
