That’s what #LifeAtCummins is all about. We are looking for a talented Enterprise Monitoring - STW  to join our team in Columbus, IN. This is an onsite position. Work schedule can vary as needed to accommodate the student's regular school schedule.  Request that successful candidate work a routine schedule up to the STW limit of 19 hours per week, and no less than 15 hours per week. There is room for flexibility when needed, but we request that a routine workweek be maintained as much as possible. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

• Coordinate with IT and business to translate monitoring requirements into technical specifications, create detailed solution design based on team standards.
• Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.
• Troubleshooting - Diagnoses and resolves the customer-identified issue by utilizing appropriate department standards to satisfy customer expectations.
• Demonstrated written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.
• Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.
• Health and Safety Fundamentals - Champions and models proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting and participating in actions to improve health and safety in order to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.
• Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
• Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
• Experienced using infrastructure and application monitoring tools.
• Experience with Python, Java, XML and HTML languages.
• Ability to analyze data leveraging AI/ML tools/skills to proactively address IT issues to drive resolution.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing Services.
• Minimal or no work experience required.

Hourly Pay : $14.81 Compensation and Benefits  Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
