- Establishes and maintains department standards for productivity, reliability, safety, and accuracy.
- Monitors and reports daily production results, material usage, waste, and downtime.
- Coordinates with quality control to maintain quality standards; takes appropriate corrective measures to resolve deficiencies.
- Manages personnel issues including but not limited to vacation approvals, timecard approval, daily and weekly overtime, hiring, and training.
- Assists with development and implementation of policies and procedures; ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by employees.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area.
- Occasional exposure to salesforce support.
- Bachelors degree -required
- 4 years of related or Industry experience -required
- Prior leadership experience leading and managing team performance “preferred”
- Lean six sigma certifications “preferred”
- Supplier management experience “preferred”
- Data analytic experience “preferred”
