- Manage the logistic/administrative aspect of the Healthcare Professional (HCP) consulting program
- Support Lead Analyst with Milestone contract development and associated tasks
- HCP consultant invoice auditing and payment processing
- Administrative tasks in support of budget management
- Management of HCP Consultant contract process, including partnering with the business on consultant selection, due diligence, and execution
- Serve as liaison for HCP Consultants to ensure compliant interactions
- Development and management of day-to-day operations surrounding the Needs Assessment in the Consultant Activity Planning System (CAPS)
- Interacting with and advising business units on entering and maintaining compliant HCP Consultant activities
- Develop relationships with key business partners to act as a trusted advisor to the organization on the HCP consulting program
- Train internal business teams on system processes
- Interact with internal customers on CAPS troubleshooting and provide support in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 0+ years experience in a corporate environment, managing complex projects; experience in a compliance-driven or highly regulated environment preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service, proactive relationship-building, and interpersonal skills Preferred.
- Knowledge of AdvaMed, Anti Kick-Back, and federal guidelines related to the healthcare industry or any federally regulated environment is highly desirable.
