Job Description This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards). This includes a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check and taking a drug test. Any employment is contingent upon passing the screening. Due to Federal requirements, only US citizens, US naturalized citizens or US Permanent Residents, holding a green card, will be considered. Team The Data Center Engineering team is focused on building and supporting best in class data center environments. We are an integral part of the ServiceNow Enterprise Cloud and are devoted to the ideal of 100% resiliency in our data centers and supporting systems. What you get to do in this role:
- You will be a member of the Data Center Engineering team that is responsible for global infrastructure design, standards, and architecture.
- Use your expertise in data center engineering to architect, implement, communicate, execute, and streamline processes including but not limited to infrastructure design, data center design and tooling.
- Help develop, document, and evangelize a catalogue of standards and best practices for data center services.
- Function as the Liquid Cooling/GPU-GenAI SME for the Data Center Services organization.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in data center engineering.
- IT professional with technical leadership experience and skills in data center engineering focusing on elements that include liquid cooling, thermal, and/or mechanical system, and rack design.
- Broad experience in the data center environment and technologies that includes high performance compute, storage, and GPU/accelerators. Networking experience a plus.
- Understanding and experience with liquid cooling components (e.g. cold plates, manifolds, heat exchangers, couplings).
- Practical expertise in data center implementation of liquid cooling systems.
- Experience with supporting or managing data center infrastructure and systems, including power, mechanical and environmental.
- Deep technical understanding of data center facilities and infrastructure including power, HVAC, structured cabling, rack management and security/compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams in a large scale, distributed environment is required to be effective in this role.
- Communication experience and interpersonal skills, with the experience communicating and partnering effectively within all levels of the organization.
- Experience training and mentoring technicians and/or engineers.
