What you will do- The Lead Analyst, Export Operations is responsible for designing and implementing an export license administration process at Stryker.  In this role, the Lead Analyst, Export Compliance will interface with key global stakeholders to ensure the license application and administration process is fully integrated and in compliance with the US/EU export regulations. Incumbent in this role is the ability to implement effective controls to minimize and/or identify compliance gaps quickly and create corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Oversee the drafting, reviewing, and submission of strategic, complex export license applications within business deadlines
  • Oversee the integration of the export license administration process and establish best practices to be communicated to key stakeholders
  • Classify and review products against various global sanctions programs
  • Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and OFAC and other related export regulations
  • Determine Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) and prepare CCATS applications as required
  • Maintain awareness of changing export control laws and regulations and provide analysis regarding applicability and impact to company products and technologies, as well as existing company export policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on sanctions compliance to all necessary stakeholders
  • Oversee and implement process for auditing trade data and documentation and implementing any corrective actions
  • Create and maintain process documentation related to export licensing
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and communicate to key stakeholders
What you need-
  • BA/BS degree in business or related discipline - required
  • 4+ years of International Trade experience - required
  • 1+ years of experience with Export Classification (HTS/Schedule B & ECCN) - required
  • Emphasis on organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Project management experience
  • Intermediate Excel- Pivot tables, V-Lookups, Formulas etc.
  • Experience with Audits
  • Ability to present to Sr. Leadership and/or larger groups
$75,300.00 - $156,900.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. About Stryker Our benefits:
