Whether it is for portfolio analytics, valuations, investor reporting, or on-demand insight into operating metrics of a specific asset, this team is at the forefront of the FinTech space. Responsibilities and Impact: The Impact: The Client Engagement Team is responsible for proactively fostering meaningful relationships with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging the company's products, ensuring they achieve their objectives and derive maximum value from the services provided. This team acts as the primary point of contact for non-commercial relationship management with clients. What’s in it for you:
- You will become a subject matter expert in the private markets industry while gaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of portfolio monitoring and reporting.
- You will interact with senior members of management and c-suite executives at private market firms of all sizes daily via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- You will closely collaborate with business leaders and key internal stakeholders providing exposure to product management and development, sales and marketing, and a variety of other areas of the Private Markets business.
- Partnering with clients to understand their needs, objectives, product usage, and overall internal workflows.
- Provide constructive and actionable client feedback to Product Management or other departments regarding product requirements, enhancement requests, and ideas.
- Providing transparency to internal stakeholders regarding issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Increasing product adoption and usage among clients.
- Collaborating with sales to schedule client meetings and demos.
- Checking in with clients regularly and offering support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 3-5 years experience in account management, client success, or other client-facing roles
- Private markets/fintech industry knowledge and interest.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outstanding customer service orientation.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and the motivation to learn new applications (experience with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Jira, or Pendo is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage deadlines appropriately.
