Job Description Your Role: The Manager - Reporting & Analysis FP&A is responsible for implementing strategic transformational initiatives by leveraging exceptional project management skills and methodologies and supporting the operating rhythm for the Client Delivery & Investments Finance leadership team. You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Coordinating with business partners and cross-functional teams on business priorities and initiatives to ensure project goals are met
  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into solutions with a focus on organizational effectiveness and change management
  • Dealing effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations to improve and restructure existing processes to achieve synergies and efficiencies across the organization
  • Preparing and presenting high-quality, comprehensive presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Developing a framework for executive-level engagement through clear content development to foster engagement for effective strategic decision-making
  • Helping guide operating rhythm by collaborating with leaders across relevant functions to create and manage meeting agendas, maintain meeting records, ensure decisions and tasks from meetings are communicated and executed, and track progress
  • Supporting the expansion of responsibilities within the Hyderabad, India-based Global Business Services team, including documentation, training, and stabilization of transitioned processes
The Experience You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in consulting, investment management or financial services is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization and to drive stakeholder consensus, and influence outcomes
  • Superior problem-solving skills and critical thinking, with excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information is critical
