Learn more about our award-winning organization by visiting stryker.com The Downstream Marketing Manager – Services is responsible for formalizing a product portfolio and developing marketing strategies for our Managed Services and Customer Success teams within the Clinical Communications and Workflow business (formally Vocera). This individual will work cross-functionally to commercialize new services offerings and drive growth within the current offerings. Preferred candidate to be local to the Kalamazoo, MI area for a hybrid style role.

What you will do: ·       Lead the product or portfolio strategy. ·       Identify and lead process implementation to help establish a structured and successful product portfolio. ·       Guide others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a well-written marketing plan. ·       Understand and educate others on product positioning, strengths/weaknesses of key competitors and barriers to entry in the market. ·       Share marketing intelligence and information with the team. ·       Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing. ·       Educate sales on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity. ·       Demonstrate financial acumen. ·       Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business. ·       Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting tools as needed. ·       Support the Senior Marketing Manager in leading a team of professional and developing employees. ·       Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development. ·       Hold team accountable to deliver high-quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities. ·       Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives What you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • MBA preferred 
  • 8+ years of work experience required 
  • 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
