In a nutshell:
As a Senior Developer for Dynamics 365 you will ensure the technical integrity and successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for our internal sales force at SoftwareOne. You will be involved at each stage of the software development lifecycle, from helping to assess the feasibility of an identified business requirement, through development, documentation, test and delivery.
Role Description:
- Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs and/or customizes information technology (IT) solutions for own business or external clients.
- Applies best practices and advanced methodologies, including Scrum techniques, to address and review system requirements, business processes, changing development and technology environments
- Responsibilities are within the IT Development Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
The key responsibility:
- Technically lead a small team of highly experienced professionals on Dynamics 365 technology
- GoTo Person for internal and external (partner) developers on design or implementation issues
- Be the interface between our Product Owners and the Dynamics 365 development teams (internal & external)
- Perform configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts for Dynamics 365 based projects
- Participate in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, xRM framework and. C#.NET
- Align and work closely with the Dynamics 365 CRM and PSA Product Owners
- Align and drive relationship with our external CRM and PSA partners on development tasks and news from Microsoft / vendors
- Lead the development of user stories and design solutions to meet the business requirements
- Contribute to SoftwareOne architectural best practices and define and update our customization guidelines to be utilized on Dynamics 365 developments
- Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed

- Dedicated Product Owner and Product Manager
- Clients and users of our Dynamics 365 platform
