Principal Accountabilities:

1) Knowledge of SEBI/AMFI regulations/guidelines Servicing distributors across India

2) Ensure proper implementation of the brokerage structure in line with the regulations

3) Ensure brokerage structures provided to RTA on time configuring in to their systems for facilitating computation

4) Obtain necessary documents from distributors to facilitate for timely payment of brokerage

5) Validating commissions as computed by RTA, coordinating to ensure timely and accurate payment of commissions, maintaining records of commission payments

6) Evaluate opportunities to automate manual processes.

7) Resolution of Distributor queries / Grievances.

8) Servicing internal stakeholders by providing them with relevant distributor related data.

9) Preparing Brokerage MIS for senior management review

10 ) SEBI and other Regulatory reports preparation and submission

11) Coordinating with auditors during audits and responding to audit observations by carrying out necessary change in processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in distributor operations for a Mutual Fund / AMC
• Knowledge of SEBI Regulations
• Familiarity with technology, operating platforms, and software used in asset management industry
• Effective knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong on analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for building positive relationships

Certifications

• NISM Series V - Mutual Funds Distributor Module certified
