Job DescriptionYou Role
Provide operational support to ETF Portfolio Managers across the globe. Assist in the facilitation of index-based equity and commodity portfolios as determined by ETF PM parameters and methodologies. Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders including Investment, Trading, Technology, Operations and our TPAs, without binding either the Portfolio Manager or market counterparties in relation to product hedging and trading.
You will be responsible for:
Primarily responsible for the facilitation of index-based portfolios as determined by portfolio manager parameters and methodologies.
Use a systematic approach to data, technology, and processes to ensure portfolio changes can be implemented by Trading desks efficiently with an acutely high level of accuracy while mitigating financial risk. Identify opportunities for finding operational efficiencies, reducing risk and implementing these enhancements and automation where feasible.
Work with the Portfolio Managers to ensure effective collaboration with the trading desk to ensure effective execution weighing portfolio risk and market impact is required.

Represent the team in discussion with various groups within the firm and support inquiries from portfolio managers, capital markets, clients, sales and other stakeholders.
Responsible for multiple funds consisting of various index strategies and regions to ensure shareholder expectations are met efficiently and effectively
Perform other duties within the team that may not be directly related to index tracking or portfolio management
Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles.
The experience you bring:
One to three years of Financial Services experience at a Third-Party Administrator or Asset Manager firm preferred
Working knowledge of financial markets, pricing, mutual funds, operations, accounting or exchange traded funds process
Proficient knowledge of excel, VBA or other related (languages) a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would provide the knowledge, skills and ability required.
Able to multitask different initiatives at once, take direction well, and strong follow through skills needed.
Adaptability to a fast paced, consistently changing environment.
Strong problem solving and trouble shooting ability.
