About the Position

Requirements:

As a Service Business Operations Specialist in EMEA Business Operations supporting Finance and Business stakeholders, your responsibilities may include:

• Manage EMEA Professional Services and Resident Engineering project billing using PS database tools and systems and reports
• Work closely with the PS bid management, resource management, global operations to ensure the set up compliance of project billing and revenue rules in the PS database, and resolve related issues with CRM integration
• Manage weekly revenue forecasting process and revenue analysis towards Finance and business management
• Create effective overall and project  reports to track billing and revenue
• Perform regular audit controls order to cash cycle and revenue analysis
• Support PS cost control, reclass revenue, working closely with Finance, Compliance and Corporate revenue
• Manage services credits, working closely with business stakeholders from credits utilization towards revenue recognition
• Procurement management with external suppliers
• Regular monitor work and data quality following established processes, procedures and governance 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• A Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management or a qualitative field (Mathematics, Statistics Computer Science, Economics) 
• 3-5+ years of business experience preferably within a CS environment with Services Sales, Contracts management, Sales operations, Finance, 
• Hands on experience with CRM applications such as Oracle, SFDC, SAP, OpenAir, Finance Database, Tableau dashboard
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
• Strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling high volume of information
• Good business awareness and judgement
• Understanding of the PS and AS business and commercial proposition
• Knowledge of international customs, legal contracts, revenue, VAT, AP, AR, local customs issues (EMEA), third party vendors and suppliers
