American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Managers, Digital Product Management to serve as a project manager responsible for the relationship with business partners and other stakeholders to understand collect market and business requirements. Prioritize product features of machine learning platform to acquire prospective customers digitally to achieve enterprise goals on digital acquisition of prospect customers. Guide planning sessions with technology teams to develop, test, and deliver defined marketing technology enablement and capabilities as well as rapidly iterate new solutions in manageable product development approaches. Drive end-to-end technical implementation of new capabilities and responsible for go-to-market strategy and release plan. Responsible for the development of digital personalization products in alignment with business objectives, creating required business and technical documentation. Ensure product and capability areas are controlled through a defined roadmap aimed at improving time to market, reduced operational risk, and increased business value. Drive informed decisions, experimentation, and product scope and objective by leveraging data analytics from project team. Monitor the quality of SLAs, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices, and drive production issue management, analysis, and issue tracking. Ensure the creation of features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with requirements analysis, and product design and development. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: Technical solution analysis, design, and execution; delivering industry leading solutions to market; implementation and execution of Scrum and Agile practices to deliver technology solutions; software design, development, testing, and implementation; resolving issues identified using testing in order to inform implementation; and AWS, Collibra, Hive, HBASE, Jira, KAFKA, Microservices, Microsoft Visio, MS SQL Server, Rally Software Management Tool, SQL, and Web Services. Telecommuting is available up to 3 days per week.

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ  

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually
