    Position Overview

    Autodesk Customer Technical Success team is looking for trusted advisers to help our Enterprise customers optimise their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

    If you've a proven customer focused approach to building strong relationships with Enterprise customers, you might be just who we need to help drive our customer success plans.

    We are looking for a professional with Architectural, Construction, Civil Engineering experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. This person will work closely with existing and future Enterprise Accounts across APAC based in Australia.

    You will join Technical Account Management group within the Customer Success Organisation as part of our 2000+ person Worldwide Sales organisation reporting to Senior Manager, Technical Account Management, APAC.

    Technical Account Management group maximizes the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by delivering professional and customised product services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximising the use and adoption of our solutions.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers be successful
    • Innovating and delivering packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Advanced knowledge of Construction/Infrastructure and BIM industry needs and workflows
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BIM, Architecture, Construction or Civil engineering
    • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit/Civil 3d & Infraworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud in a production Environment
    • Additional knowledge of Dynamo, Forge, Generative design
    • 3 - 5 years Architectural Engineering, Construction, Civil or related field experience
    • Effectively communicate complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
    • Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation
    • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted adviser, activities including customer interactions, regular internal account team planning meetings and executing activities in Customer Success Plans
    • Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers succeed
    • Excellent team player, enjoying supporting and interacting with other members of a global, shared responsibility
