Job Details

Implementation and tackle the Microsoft 365 E3 & E5 Security Components (Intune all workload including expertise on Security, AIP, MDM/MAM, MDE, MDI, MDCA, MDO etc.)
Provide a great relationship experience for all assigned clients and assist clients to expand their usage and adoption of Microsoft products.
Work closely with Sales Executive and consult with other team members (consulting/project management/engineering services/customer support) to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client happiness.
Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, calling out significant issues where needed.
You will maintain client contact and provide status updates for all issues while continuing to handle client expectations, keeping clients satisfied and expectations realistic.
Demonstrate Microsoft cloud services to use the next generation cloud management solution
Collaborate with the teams that provision, customize, monitor, handle and upgrade our cloud hosted Enterprise offering and drive continuous improvements into the management system to support these areas.
Hands-on expertise in implementing, consolidating, migrating (cross platform) large complex environments.
Drive client workshops to demonstrate product capabilities and gather customer requirements.
Analyze requirements and design technical solutions to meet business goals, objectives and functional/non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standards.
Drive Messaging Migration solutions using Microsoft Exchange / Teams / SharePoint / System Center /.Virtualization.
Work with other team members and leaders, proactively identify and mitigate/resolve risks and issues.

Develop senior level client relationships and engage with senior level client & collaborators to capture requirements, develop plans and drive solution success.
Solve the issues on AD, AD connect, ADFS, Relay Server, Exchange Server, Microsoft365 E3 & E5 Security Components
Gather and share best-practice knowledge among the messaging solution architect community.
Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.

Processes:

  • Prepare LLD and HLD and provide periodic updates to team members.
  • Keep updated on Latest Products launch / motions / features improvements.

  • Trainings attended

  • Conducts Tech days for each existing customer on new Technology.
