Remote location(s): United States. Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 2 years of experience in process improvement and automation for Data Centers or Mission Critical, business process modeling, Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent program management skills with experience of successful implementation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Collect data on tooling, change management, and user adoption, analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes, generate reports and dashboards using statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Evaluate processes against benchmarks and industry standards, identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement, implement recommendations, including automation, standardization, and redesign.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop change management plans, provide training, and support to end-users on new processes and tools, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track process improvement success, report results to stakeholders and address any issues, analyze existing processes to identify and mitigate inefficiencies.
