We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our inaugural Returnship Program (SOAR).

 

This paid program is designed to provide support and integrate talented professionals who have taken a career break of at least 1 year and are re-entering the workforce.

As a participant in SOAR, you will have the opportunity to update and enhance your skills while working on meaningful projects within our organization.

 

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of facilities management, including but not limited to inventory administration, computer maintenance, equipment repair coordination, accounting tasks, space utilization planning, and control system management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Administration:
    • Maintain accurate records of all facility-related inventory, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials.
    • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Computer Maintenance:
    • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for all office computers and related equipment.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT support as necessary to resolve issues promptly.
  3. Equipment Repair Coordination:
    • Manage the process of equipment repair requests, including logging requests, coordinating repairs with external vendors, and ensuring timely completion.
    • Maintain records of equipment maintenance and repair history.
  4. Accounting Tasks:
    • Assist in the management of facilities-related budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing reports for review.
    • Process invoices and purchase orders related to facilities management activities.
  5. Space Utilization Planning:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan the best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or reorganizing current premises.
    • Conduct space audits and recommend improvements to optimize space utilization.
  6. Control System Management:
    • Oversee the operation and maintenance of control systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
  7. New Hire Equipment Provisioning:
    • Coordinate the provision of equipment and resources to new hires, ensuring they have everything they need to perform their roles effectively.
  1. Procurement and Vendor Coordination:
  • Procure office supplies, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring adherence to service agreements and quality standards.
