The Role:
Directly reporting to the Director of Technology Governance & Operations, this role at S&P Global Dow Jones Indices is an exciting opportunity to join our team during a dynamic period of fundamental operational changes. This role involves supporting the Technology Governance & Operations team in establishing and implementing robust procedures with effective controls, metrics and evidence to ensure the effectiveness of the technology organization. Furthermore, the Lead, IT Project Management is responsible for managing and driving the integration of our portfolio and development tools and ensuring they are meeting our governance standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with cross functional stakeholders and provide trainings for our tools, create and manage our wiki pages for the Technology Governance & Operations function.

The ideal candidate should have a general interest in agile development processes, project management methodologies, and process automation. Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor´s degree or higher education in a related area such as finance, economics, information technology or business
- Certification in agile and/or portfolio management is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and providing hands on training & support for our portfolio management & software development collaboration tools to create transparency into the technology organization's book of work.
- Collaborating with stakeholders on updates to our portfolio management tool and ensuring it meets our reporting standards
- Put together training materials and conduct trainings for our tooling
- Owning our wiki pages and documentation to provide materials & updates to the wider organization
- Supporting the Technology Governance & Operations team in developing and implementing procedures and tools for effective work intake, prioritization, and reporting while coordinating with corporate functions and driving our roadmap
- Be a culture carrier in getting stuff done by displaying ownership, accountability, transparency and proactiveness.
Experience:
- Ability and interest to work with team members and stakeholders at all levels, technical and non-technical, in a positive and team-affirming manner.
- Proficiency in establishing SharePoint Sites and Wikis for the wider organization to enable collaboration & transparency.
- Experience in Azure DevOps
- Attentive to detail and quality oriented; ability to execute in a timely and accurate manner.
- Experience in development processes e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, project management methodologies and processes in enterprise scale organizations.
- Experience in supporting and enabling a wide range of stakeholders
- Providing documentation & trainings to support transparency & knowledge sharing of our processes.
