Job Details
- Acquire industry-standard certifications.
- Manage cyber and technology risks.
- Respond to RFPs and acquire customer approvals.
- Supervise Service critical metrics and SLAs.
- Maintain knowledge of Risk Advisory, Security Compliance, and Cyber Threat Intelligence.
- Collaborate with the Security Services Delivery Team.
- Be responsible for the Organizational Change Process and Approval Board.
- Review resource utilization and implement succession planning.
- Lead all aspects of operational strategies and learning roadmaps.
- Develop strategies for resource planning and utilization.
- Nurture good communications and working relationships.
