Your Role:

This role is responsible for assisting investment team members with regular administrative tasks as well as non-regular projects. He / she will be responsible for supporting the fundamental research of companies and will also act as deputy fund manager of multi-asset retail funds.

  • Facilitate team coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth team operations in Investment Dept
  • Assist in preparing materials for investment meetings and client reports.
  • Coordinate broker visits and arrange forums with good record tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain documents according to regulatory or internal control requirements.
  • Act as deputy fund manager of multi-asset retail funds.
  • Compile research data per team’s request such as economic data, company financial data.
  • Attend regular team meetings and discussions.

The Experience You Bring:

  • University graduate in finance, economics or other business-related field
  • Passed senior securities specialist exam + 3 years of securities investment analysis work experience. Or passed SICE/SITE exam + 2 years of securities investment analysis work experience.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (Chinese)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge in computer application
  • A team player and able to work under pressure.
