The Growth Marketing team is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic digital marketing campaigns for the company across all regions. These campaigns will be aligned to global and regional goals and priorities. The primary objective of this role is to optimize conversion across digital channels and throughout the marketing funnel to create predictable front loading of pipeline and generous returns on marketing investments (ROI). You will design and implement innovative conversion-oriented marketing strategies that drive growth, awareness, and demand for our broad services portfolio to meet our revenue and pipeline targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of conversion optimization best practices across multiple digital channels. Reporting to the Global Director of Campaign Strategy and Demand Generation, the candidate hired for this role will collaborate with various internal stakeholders around the world to plan SoftwareOne global programs and campaigns in alignment with each regional marketing strategy. Once plans are agreed upon, the Digital Marketing Manager will work across agency teams to activate the agreed upon plan.
Key success metrics will include:
- Conversion optimization in each channel
- Improved marketing ROI and ROAS (Opp$) across paid search and display
- Attainment of MGL goals to enable successful downstream demand and pipeline
- Customer acquisition (CPL), and expansion of business within existing strategic accounts
Roles & Responsibilities
- Be the companywide domain expert and authority across affiliate and paid media (search, display, social, programmatic, syndication, remarketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that generate Top of Funnel customer awareness and demand for SoftwareOne services across digital channels including paid advertising and webinar / digital events.
- Conduct keyword research, providing guidance to content teams, and suggesting the most suitable keywords for our website and ad campaigns.
- Continuously track the success of digital channels to ensure lead volume and funnel efficiencies to meet marketing ROI and sales pipeline goals.
- Manage multiple agency relationships.
- Effectively manage a digital execution budget.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new PPC features, advertising advancements, best practices and performance standards.
- Establish and maintain cross-functional global relationships with stakeholders.
