- Professional Services (Deployments/Implementation)
- Provide authoritative mentorship on Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework, ensuring alignment with interpersonal goals & standard processes.
- Assist in the development of Cloud Adoption Framework Plans and conduct Business Impact Analyses to assess the implications of cloud migration.
- Conduct Well-Architected Reviews of existing cloud architectures and generate detailed reports to optimize performance, security, reliability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of current IT environments, generate Migration Assessment Reports, and propose migration strategies tailored to business needs and technical requirements.
- Develop detailed Migration Plans including Application Dependency Mapping Reports to ensure smooth and successful migration to the cloud.
- Design Cloud Landing Zones that provide scalable, resilient, and secure environments, considering factors like compliance, governance, and performance.
- Build As-Built Documents and Migration Execution Plans to document and implement migration processes accurately and efficiently.
- Draft Cloud Migration Runbooks detailing step-by-step procedures, standard processes, and considerations for migrating applications and workloads to Azure.
- Design Cloud Network and Security Architectures to establish robust and reliable network connectivity and implement effective security measures to protect cloud environments and data.
- Hands-on experience on the:
- Application Modernization Services
- License Assessment
- Cloud Migration Target Cloud Sizing Sheets, Target Architecture
- Billing, spend management, incident & service request management.
- Support Services (Managed Services):
- Provide third-line support and technical leadership for Azure cloud environments, resolving sophisticated technical issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the development and management of Cloud Management Portals, designing solutions to enhance monitoring, management, and automation capabilities.
- Define and implement comprehensive Cloud Security & Compliance Policies, collaborating with partners to address security & compliance requirements.
- Drive the implementation of robust Cloud Governance Frameworks, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure consistency to standards and optimize resource utilization.
- Mentor and coach Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, sharing knowledge and standard processes to enhance team performance and capabilities.
- Act as a domain guide on Azure cloud services and technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to partners.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts for major incidents, identifying underlying issues and implementing preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
