Job Description

Your Team:

Our Strategic Alliances team aims to grow revenue by providing additional services to our customers that support the delivery of great consumer outcomes.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for revenue generation across a wide portfolio of services. Taking the lead for revenue across video and data partners, as well as Store partners and alliances, building relationships with our customer management teams, the adoption of services will be a key performance metric.

What you will be doing:

  • intelliflo ‘data’ is a discrete revenue channel. We support institutions and market suppliers with data packages that help them grow their business and address regulatory challenges. The role holder will be expected to work with our partners to build and manage sales activities that result in revenue generation.
  • Our Partner and Alliances initiative aims to grow ‘Store’ revenue by 6-7x in the next 36 months. The role holder will be expected to own the distribution of all initiatives, and work with our customer teams to ensure they are aware and promoting services.
  • Intelliflo ‘video’ is an exciting development to deliver value to our customers and their clients using the latest developments in avatar media delivery. The role holder will own the revenue objectives for intelliflo video in the UK.
  • Support and be active in events organized by intelliflo customer management teams
  • From time to time the Director will require support with internal and external reporting for all revenue channels, as well as creating storyboards for external use. Liaising with other departments to seek resolutions on customer queries
  • Identify potential strategic partners that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for establishing and managing strategic alliances.
  • Support negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial agreements for our customers.
  • Develop and present business cases and financial models to support partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure that all Partner and Alliance arrangements meet company’s strategic and financial objectives.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key strategic partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic alliances.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment between partner and company objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product Development & Customer Success) to ensure successful implementation and management of partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align strategic alliances with overall company strategy.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

What you will be bring:

  • Proven network amongst SMFs in Asset Management and Insurance Companies.
  • Experience of building revenue from low base
  • Build and execute revenue growth plans
  • Proven commercial awareness
  • Numeracy and data rationality
  • Proven experience in business development, strategic alliances, or related roles, preferably within Fintech/Financial services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven financial acumen and experience with financial modelling.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
