Junior Manager Account Fashion & Luxury (All genders welcome!)

The position is based in our office in Munich and reports directly to the Commercial Director FASHION & LUXURY | Brand Director VOGUE
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Erstkontakt und Hauptansprechpartner für Partner und Agenturen aus dem Bereich Fashion & Luxury
- Repräsentant für alle Condé Nast Marken (VOGUE, GLAMOUR, GQ, AD und Condé Nast Traveller)
- Erstellung individueller Media-Angebote und Kundenpräsentationen sowie strategische Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account Sales-Kolleg:innen (international)
- Proaktiver Verkauf von 360° Kommunikationslösungen (Print, Digital, Social, Video und Branded Content)
- Eigenständige Verantwortung und Betreuung der Kunden Accounts
- Vorstellung von 360° Konzepten bei Kund:innen und Agenturen
- Interne Koordination von Kunden Briefings mit den entsprechenden Schnittstellen
- Identifikation von aktuellen Marktbedürfnissen und -entwicklungen
- Support bei Event Umsetzungen und Erstellung von Vermarktungsunterlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Redaktion und dem Brand Marketing der Medienmarke VOGUE
- Schnittstelle zur Redaktion von VOGUE
Desired/ Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum/zur Medienkaufmann/-frau bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen
- Du überzeugst mit deinem professionellen und kommunikativen Auftreten und bringst Verhandlungs- und Abschlusssicherheit mit
- Idealerweise verfügst du über mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Medienunternehmen, im Marketing oder in Agenturen bestmöglich in Sales-Bereichen
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung innerhalb der Fashion- und Luxus Branche gesammelt
- Dein Mediaplanungs- Knowhow in Print und Digital runden dein Profil ab
- Du denkst analytisch und konzeptionell mit Konzentration auf das Wesentliche
- Du arbeitest zielgerichtet und genau und beweist dabei Flexibilität
- kundenorientiertes Handeln
- Du überzeugst durch persönliches Engagement für die gemeinsamen Ziele und Teamgeist
- Du besitzt ein sicheres, gewandtes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist gerne unterwegs
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit und hohe Affinität zu den Marken von Condé Nast Germany
