Job Details

The Growth Marketing Center-of-Excellence (COE) team is seeking a Performance Marketing & Insights Manager to lead planning, execution and analysis of global campaign and digital channel performance. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our growth and campaign marketing efforts across all channels. Your expertise will drive the development of performance metrics and the execution of data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and achieve our marketing objectives.

Growth Marketing is a team of data-driven marketers and digital channel specialists. We partner closely with product, regional and partner marketing, and sales to drive revenue. We work globally, across the full customer lifecycle, and target all company segments - from small businesses to the largest enterprises.

The ideal candidate will have a substantial background in digital marketing, analytics, and leadership, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and make strategic decisions. this role reports to the Director, Global Campaign Strategy.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive analysis of digital assets across multiple platforms and leverage the insights to form digital strategies, campaigns, and growth strategies.

  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making within marketing by aligning objectives with measurable performance goals.

  • Regularly share actionable recommendations and proven techniques with regional and functional teams to enhance marketing campaigns and connect to tangible business outcomes.

  • Embrace customer insights, journeys, and segmentation strategies to design and optimize campaigns.

  • Develop reports and presentations to showcase growth marketing and campaign effectiveness, investment (ROI) by channel, stage of marketing funnel, region, campaign and more

  • Support campaign and digital marketing managers to plan and execute A/B tests that evaluate different marketing tactics, messaging, and creative elements to drive better results.

  • Build and support executive-level performance readouts for global stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business goals.

  • Create and manage the plan and budget to achieve ambitious demand generation goals, refining as necessary to achieve goals and stay within financial targets.

  • Stay up to date with marketing and digital industry trends, performance techniques, data analysis methodologies, and new technologies to recommend improvements to mature growth and analytics teams.

Success Criteria

  • Regularly deliver an easy-to-consume, executive-level marketing scorecard.
  • Support conversion optimization across all stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Support marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Optimize conversion across all digital channels
  • Develop plans that meet and exceed marketing return on investment (ROI) and cost per lead (CPL) goals.
