Responsibilities:
• Complete SDLC: architecture, design, development, and support of the product
• Active participation in all scrum ceremonies, following AGILE best practices effectively.
• Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code
• Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs
• Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Respond to and resolve internal and client raised issues.
• Build, develop, and guide high-performing talent to guide their growth path
• Create and maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and focus on delivering excellence, quality and value for the customer and business.
Customer Focus
• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers by delivering client priorities with high quality to enable business growth.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer requests, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
• Attend Project calls (Internal and with Client) as required.
What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 18+ years of Full STACK significant experience in application development and strong in solution design. Strong People Management skills.
• Candidate must have expertise in C#, .Net, .Net Core, WEB API, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, React.js, Angular), Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure Service)
• Candidate should have at least idea about PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, DevOps concepts
• Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development.
• Hands-on experience on any version control tools like GIT.
• Good experience with developing solutions involving relational database technologies on SQL Server platform, stored procedure programming experience using Transact SQL.
• Good knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• Previous experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields.
• Ability to work well in a team environment following Agile software development principles.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task.
• High energy and a self-starter.
• Minimal development experience building enterprise software or platforms in a financial environment
o .Net/.Net Core C# 12 years
o Angular or equivalent 5+ years
o TDD experience is a must
• Preference will be given to candidates that have experience working with Microservices or distributed systems
• Expert on data management technologies (RMDBS, NoSQL)
• Good background on leveraging cloud technologies
• Focus on Microsoft stack, but knowledgeable on cross-platform tech
• Can handle both front-end and back-end development
• Ability to deliver products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Management Requirements:
• Strong inter-personal skills required with ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Strong People Leader.
People Management skill is a must.
